Steer Sports was founded by Ben Steer, a strategy and program specialist with experience across government, sport, community delivery and organisational systems.

The practice brings together expertise in funding and investment, participation strategy, program design, stakeholder engagement, governance and safeguarding. • supporting the rollout of governance and safeguarding capability across more than 1,000 clubs

• managing strategic partnerships across sport and government

• designing and delivering inclusive sport programs

• translating complex stakeholder environments into practical action
